That basket is gorgeous! I happen to know that weaving is really hard, because my youngest son learned to weave from some Pomo elders. The time we spent with them, in Yosemite and other Northern California locations, was deeply meaningful to all of us. My husband and I were just along for the ride-we don’t weave-but we always loved our time with these ladies. The baskets were a big part of everyday life for the Indian tribes, and for a time became something they could sell.

I'm from Vancouver, WA born and raised. As a military spouse I traveled all over the world. Orvietto is a special place. Atop a beautiful mountain is a black and white stripe church, inlayed with gold. In many parts you can see where people have stolen the gold ironically. Some of the most beautiful pottery I've ever purchased is from there. I met the most amazing people in this city, American and foreign who fell in love with Italy and purchased there. Your ganna love it. 😃

Idio is a fantastic place to go wind sailing through caves! and after you can stop at the vintage coat farm, ride the killdeer and grill out on the roof tops where you can watch the ice melt off the mountains, I would LOVE to go to Idio again with you this time, I know some good sushi bars but we have to brave the desert waterfalls which you will love cause thats where you find the best antiques and tree climbing with the horses🤣🤣🤣

The rock salt should have not been passed on. You make sole, salt water with this. Put in a pint jar, fill with water. You take 1 teaspoon of this every day to get all of your minerals. You can tell the difference in how you feel.
@sereney49373 ай бұрын
Ugh no! it's not purified and the source of origin is not known. This type of salt is known to have arsenic and other toxins. I don't think it was meant for consumption.
@sereney49373 ай бұрын
Always make sure it's marked for human consumption if you want to eat it. Many of these pink Himalayan salts are mined in Pakistan actually. It could also contain toxins such as lead and arsenic.
