Love the videos, but question, if the oven was set at 425 degrees fit 15-20 min, and you took pans out with potholders, yet then after you flipped, you used your bare hands to take the large pan off (while feigning it may be hot) you can tell it's cooler as the sour cream didn't melt at all you placed on the right out of oven hot food..... can you do us all a favor and do honest, realistic videos, whether mistakes or perfection, we just need to know these are recipes done exactly as stated. I did your garlic toast grilled cheese in waffle maker and it was a hit! Though I did put the frozen pieces into microwave for 15 sec a side so they would flatten into the waffle maker better. Thank you!!

We do allow for just enough cooling time so we don’t burn our mouths when we taste test, but the food is still warm and this recipe at a temp of 425, I felt more comfortable with the hot pads. As you can see in the video, I did check with my fingers before I lifted it. I'm glad the grilled cheese in the waffle maker was a hit. 😀 What did you think of this recipe?
