Looks delish!!! The only thing I'd do different is after coating the bottom of the dish with shredded potatoes, I'd add some Pam or butter atop then bake until brown and crispy. My husband loves crispy hash browns with his eggs. Your complete one dish breakfast are truly inspiring. And a quick clean-up!!!

I actually am a very good cook who still likes the results of making meals from scratch. The chicken pot pie I make is work but so worth it.
