Ahh The good old memories. Honestly I still remember being frustrated by architectural designs as recommended by the hints in few levels of polybridge , I randomly came across RCE Poly Bridge video and man o man , I have been hooked with Matt's commentary and RCE techniques ever since . I can see Matt's obsession with strongest shapes and RCE's obsession with bridges have collided to make this video possible.

wood rope is actually much weaker and less effective than rope, but it's cheaper, so it's good for price optimization. and it seems the monster truck wasn't being launched by a spring cannon, but rather they were using a physics exploit to lift it into the air by crushing it with roads and springs.

5:05 This one is actually Muscleception. The steel beam connects to the road and has wood comin off of it so that theres a muscle made of the road, steel, and wood. It was probs originally made with two pieces of steel and adjusted to wood muscles to bring the price down a bit further.
