If you've never lockpicked, not raking but truly lockpicking, then you don't know how fun it can actually be. Anyway, it's a nice skill to have if you don't want to pay a 'lochsmith' $200 to grind open a POS Master Lock, a Master Lock which you could even rake.

@@saints360row I laugh when I hear a locksmith charging to open a lock and all they do is use a $10 angle grinder and destroy the lock or use a coat hanger in a car window (which at least on the car they aren't smashing the window, so yeah that's ok if you're able to get it open non-destructive that is what they called you for so that's fine). But so many bike locks you can pick in a couple minutes as a novice that its embarrassing they don't just learn to pick since that is there job. I remember being a toddler picking locks. When my mom needed some time to herself she'd send me outside to play and lock the door, but we had an old house so I quickly learned how to pick the door open with bailing wire (living on a farm wire is everywhere), and my parents still have a photo of me in diapers opening one of our vehicle doors with my dad holding me up to the lock, lol! To this day I still can't open a rotary combination lock while looking at it even if I know the code, its easier to close my eyes and do it behind my back (my chemistry teacher in college was a wee bit concerned it only took me 3 seconds to open everyone's lock, haha!)
