From the title, I thought this would be about the setup for MinExpo. I remember seeing crews working in the parking lot for days assembling and disassembling the equipment. You should make a video on that process. And how equipment is shipped from other parts of the country to get there.

You should probably do some media training and get media accredited. It will help you in the long run to get access to proper interviews and advanced reading material. Great way to connect with vendors, do demos etc.

I went to show in 2004, it was amazing, just go for it, we only have small scale stuff here in the UK, great experience, Vegas is a fab place too .
