How did we design a 200-tonne wall traveller for HS2's Copthall Tunnel?

The wall forms are built from special modular steel panels. Each set is designed to build 20m-long and 7.5m-high walls. Discover how we worked with sub-contractor Kilnbridge to deliver this bespoke 200-tonne traveller.

Looks good but literally space for a scissor lift to run down the inside isn't a very comfortable amount of working area, especially for guys tying steel or the guys feeding through the through ties
