The "sticky" weed is cleavers, it's good for draining the lymphatic system and aiding the urinary system. With marshmallow, the root is medicinal, but it creates a mucus-like thickness so when juicing it be prepared for it to thicken the juice if you use a lot of the root. Astragulus is great for the immune system and helps with digestion. Anise hyssop isn't the most common type of hyssop in herbal medicine, but it is in the mint family, named for its licorice-type flavor, and is used for congestion and cough. I hope that helps with some of the herbs and juicing.

That sticky plant that you picked up is called cleaver and it’s actually really good for you when you wash it and put it in your water it’s refreshing like cucumber water and it’s also a good fertilizer for your plants similar to nettles. Cool video !

I was literally thinking… where are her gloves lol. Then she got them. Always good to protect your hands/skin. As I get older I’m learning how important it is to wear a hat and sleeves when I garden. I don’t like long sleeved shirts so looking into getting garden sleeves you just put on by themselves with your t-shirt. And a cold washcloth on your eyes can feel amazing.
