We meet these two a few weeks ago at Mount Dare, just as nice in person as they appear on video. It’s doubly impressive watching Isabelle throw those wheels around because she really is a tiny lady, but 100% muscle. We headed across Madigans and fortunately everything worked perfectly so didn’t need their services. Good vid again, thanks.

Love watching the true bush mechanics at work. Amazing mechanic getting it done in the outback. No Supercheap auto just around the corner making do with what they have. ( Also hidden in the fine print plumbers as well 😂) Please keep sharing this amazing journey please 🥺

Awesome, perhaps in the off season you have a go at the poor old windmill. Outback icon.

As a retired mechanic, I see working at Mt Dare is more just a mechanic parts swapper, great workshop to conduct a trade as you do everything mechanical and have the ability to repair everything....and plumbing....

Loved the new vid. Lots of variety and interesting things. The plumbing was fun to watch and gross haha. Jeremy's explanation of air in the brake lines using a syringe was really good.

Successful engine conversion? Easy, 1HZ to a 1HD-FTE with tuning chip. Went from 50 rwkw to 182 and still going strong 4 or 5 years later. Zero electrical problems with it after doing the Simpson Desert twice (before your time there) and 3 laps of Australia coastal and inland and to the Cape and Gibb River Road etc etc etc. Just gotta be smart about it and plan it out properly :)

Good episode..One question... why dont people use the Ford Ranger to travel in rhe outback.. is it because the chassis's snap in half 😄😄

A Maverick, GQ Patrol, finally one of my cars but with an engine conversion, not sure about that, my 4.2 has done 353,245ks and still doesn't burn any oil or just a little bit when the carby choke doesn't shut off quick enough, I would put a V8 in my Maverick if I needed to change engines, we shall see. Have a good day.
