This was the original 5 members together that really pushed their popularity. From left to right…Joel, Sarah, Gianni, Ryan and Beard Guy. So many years ago Beard Guy passed away suddenly, this affected the band and changes. Ryan left and doing his own thing, and the bands crew chief left, James. Now they have Tokyo and Adam, with guests all the time from their friends of the Darenots, and Harm & Ease.

Love WOTE! I saw them in concert when she was pregnant with her first child and they were amazing! They used to throw their instruments on and off stage without dropping them once. The guy with the beard (his nickname was Beard Guy) passed away suddenly from heart attack I believe. It was so sad and it broke their hearts. He almost never sang and always played the funny role. Anything they do is quite creative but one fun one is when they go to the beach and play music on an old VW bug. They also do some good ones in a garage too. They’re one of my favorites along with PTX.

After this 5 Peeps video went viral Volkswagon Canada offered them sponorship money if they featured a VW Beetle in one of their videos. I don't know if VW knew what they were going to do but putting mics all over it and using it as an instrument was just brilliant. That was one of their original songs Gang Of Rythm.

Yes! Awesome that you reacted to their first video. Love this group. The only name I can’t remember is the guy next to “Beard Guy” (so sad he passed a few years ago 😢). In this video from left to right (don’t remember the last names) is Joel, Sarah, Giovanni, the guy that left the group who’s name I forgot, then Mike “Beard Guy”. The new guy with the beard in the previous video you watched came after the guy next to “Beard Guy” in this video. One of my favorites is their cover of Ed Sheeran’s “Shape of You”,but there are so many more. They have originals and covers galore! So glad you two like them!
