@@H3Vtux, I find it very similar to the case of Einstein. He knew Quantum Mechanics better than anyone else at that time. But, he thought it was "incomplete" but people converted that "incomplete" to "don't know". Or sorta like, he didn't know Quantum Mechanics. But the truth was (probably) he knew Quantum Mechanics very well but was not ready to accept. Like a great person said, if you aren't shocked by Quantum Mechanics, you don't know it. This applies to me also. In the beginning, Quantum Mechanics wasn't so weird..As I continued to know it, I was like,

Delving even deeper with how a video card like the new AMD Radeon RX 580X and how it works with the PC's own processors and the PC's own RAM in conjunction with it's own RAM and how it get's the information from the hard drive into each component really muddy's up the water. It is really fascinating how they all seamlessly interact and how dependent it all is on the way the program is written. That is the key. If the program is not written in such a way it will not fully utilize all the power available from the hardware. That could be a video that takes an hour and even then it would leave your head spinning.

Wait, so there are 16777215 possible combinations. Each color has 256 possible settings, including 00. 256*256*256 equals 16777216? Where does the last number come from?
@H3Vtux Жыл бұрын
While 0 can be a setting "the number of possible combinations" doesn't include 0 as a setting. It's a weird quirk of language, these two statements are both true: "The pixel can be represented by any number from 0 to 255" and "The pixel has 256 possible numbers it can be". If the representative system includes 0 as a state, then the amount of possible states will always be 1 more than that.

@markalvinchua6 жыл бұрын
H3Vtux Correct me if I am wrong. I am not an expert in this, in fact I know this only because I heard it somewhere else. LCD and LED displays are both using LCD panels. The difference between them is in their backlights. LCDs use fluorescent lights while LEDs use LEDs as backlights (usually white LEDs though since LEDs tend to give bluish white tints, it is possible that they do some other things there). The display you described as LED is more of the OLED where the LED produces the color. This is also, though not sure, the reason only OLED Displays (like AMOLED of Samsung) can produce true blacks as it can turn off the OLED pixel themselves unlike LED & LCDs where the LCD panel just blocks the light from passing through which can cause some light to bleed thought producing dark grays (more obvious in cheap displays).

You computer explanation was good, because Im already in networking school and know all about binary. I also know a lot about computers, but I never took programming classes yet and wont until next semester, and my schedule got screwed up and Im way ahead in networking compared to the computer classes, so I didnt really know HOW cpu’s work. Like on a physical level. So its cool it’s just bits, and each transistor is a bit. Knowing that very basic thing makes everything else way easier

@نورهانمحمد-ح7ف Жыл бұрын
summary the color system consists of three colors red ❤green 💚 blue💙 (RGB) and these three colors and with it's different ratio so if you see (3D6E7F) it just a number in hexa decimal and it's first two digits represent the ratio of red❤ the second two digits for green 💚 the third two digits for blue💙. and the mixture of these three colors make all of the colors you imagine.
