I see why you gained so many subscribers so quickly. This is the first of your videos that I've watched and I felt like subscribing immediately. Usually, I don't subscribe to a channel easily or quickly. I might watch even for several months before thinking about it. I may watch inconsistently for years and still not decide. The process is largely the same in the UK. The main hubs for the T1 network are London, Birmingham, Manchester and Cambridge, for England, Edinburgh for Scotland, and Belfast for Northern Ireland. There are huge cables going under the Atlantic from New York to hubs in London, Iceland, and the the Netherlands which act as exchange points for the rest of Europe, so my video likely came through one of those to get to you.
