Hey so if i have wavy to loose curly hair. 2c to a 3a hair type how often should i be shampooing and conditioning my hair. and should i be using a sea salt spray? I know it tends to dry your hair up a lot more but can’t i just use a moisturizer such as the shea moisture smoothie or milk to combat that? I like the volume it gives my hair but i’m afraid it’ll do more harm than good to it. what are your thoughts?

I have similar hair around 2c to 3a but it depends on the texture of your hair I guess? I have course thick hair so I don’t need more volume, I actually need to have less volume. Sea salt spray is a no go for me. I shampoo 1-3 times a week cause I don’t wanna mess up my natural oils too much, i condition daily and use shea moisture leave in conditioner.

yeah it actually does, cold water will have your curls shrink up and coil more, where hot water makes it more possible for breakage, a dry scalp and frizz
