I use rosemary oil once a week. I've been able to see very health hair this time growing my hair. Last time I had a bunch of split ends and would have to trim. I haven't had any split ends this time and its been almost 2 years of hair growth.

He ain’t lying about the rosemary oil. Honestly you can also do a rosemary water at home that work just as good. U just have to boil it let it cool and then put the water in a spray bottle.

it’s really up to preference, if you a shower at night type of guy then I suggest to apply the shampoo and conditioner in the mornings to have nice hair throughout the day. keep in mind that it’s only necessary to shampoo and condition up to 2-3 days a week.

I tend to stay from ogx brand, because they’re actually in a lawsuit at the moment for their hair products and stuff. And when starting the middle part and headband will work as long as you first use a your fingers to make that part. After doing the style for a week or two your hair will naturally start to part in the middle

I'm currently experimenting with both I have both of them but the Aunt Jackie's Curl La La seems to do wonders for my hair but both are valid. If I'm not washing my hair I usually just use a spray bottle put that in and I'm good to go for the day.

I think you should start by trimming your hair a bit. Then stop using shampoo everyday, no more than 3 times a week. Finally try Detangling your hair daily, and using a good conditioner about 5 days a week
