I had two dachshunds. My second one was extremely spoiled! I am afraid that Fritz trained me instead of the other way around! He loved tummy rubs, lots of kisses, sleeping under the covers by mommy’s feet and sharing a bowl of popcorn with me ( and making sure that he got more). One day, while watching the dog show from Westminster at MSG, the hound group was on. I picked Fritz up from under the covers and explained, “ that is what you are suppose to be”. He looked at me, half asleep, as if to say, “ are you crazy”, He was my little boy, and I miss him so much!
