How is insurance only responsible for this inflation increase. Insurance is paying more for labor and materials in their claims. Auto body repair labor has increased from 55/ hr to 80/hr since 2021. It’s prevalent throughout the entire economy.

David David David. You still have it wrong. The FED invoked the employment mandate because inflation is not coming down anytime soon. Yet the FED desperately wants to cut rates to help their banking buddies - how to do it?? Move everyones focus to something that is moving in their favor - employment. By shifting focus to employment- now they can cut rates earlier. Inflation will still remain high for at least this year. It is called stagflation David.

Why aren't rising Insurance Rates/Premiums, a Contributor to lnflation? The Insurance Companies have stated that Insurance Premiums Had To Be Raised To Covered Increased Costs To Cover Claims For Damage or Loss In Both Autos and Homes.

So guys, help me out here. If Dave is proven correct, and the non-farm payrolls coming up print in the negatives, the Fed will cut because of their dual mandate. Does this mean, risk assets such as high PE tech stocks and crypto like BTC will go up because the market sees the Fed easing or does it mean these risk assets will crater because sentiment on the economy sours and recession is imminent? C'mon, isn't it obvious that the numbers they are feeding us aren't real? They understate inflation. They include the government spending as though it was production. Instead of determining employment and unemployment by person, they are statistical black holes manipulated to produce good numbers. Speaking of which, my employer did layoffs recently. Our government and the Fed are managing large Ponzt schemes where there aren't any new suckers to drag in.
