Obviously chris is very driven and would have become a successful businessman no matter what situation he is put in, but he really glossed over the fact that his parents are RICH. He mentions that he went to Lakeside for middle school and High school, which is ~$40,000 per year (assuming no scholarships) for 7 years. He lives in Bellevue, WA which is the richest suburb of Seattle, not to mention the yearly trips overseas his whole life that he has talked about in his various travel videos. All due respect for the incredibly hard work he put in over the years to get to where he is now, but to really answer “how do I afford it all?”, he had a huge collection before it became self financed

I will say, he may come from money, but he had interest for the people around him, he could be ultra rich with his background and skills and still he tries to solve problems for the people, so instead of focusing on how much luck he had at birth, he has used that luck for the good I feel. Don't be jealous because not all of us had the same opportunities, but he's open about it, he shares, and he at least tries to help others, which is better than must of the rich kids you will found nowadays.

First and for most, this is an amazing story, well put together video, so many emotions in one single run, proof that you are brilliant, a lot of things stood with me from this video, like having to fund yourself your Legos, and that actually pushing you to create business to pay for it, on top of your other investments, while been responsible, but the story of Pillbot and how healthcare in the US is run by money, knowing that you had your ethical reasons to pursue ending with opioid addiction, but knowing that it was not going to be profitable that way, puts on top your moral which is also a key aspect on your success I believe, with all your intelligence and business perspective you could be extremely rich, but you have build considering the others, from an early age helping out in Kenya, its been fun to follow you for some years, looking at your love for Lego, but knowing the backstory kind of makes me happy that you put some time to give us this videos while doing all this things.
