This is all fine and dandy, but I feel that some steps were left out. First, insure that all of the blades are running on the same plane by using a measuring device (tape measure, yard stick, etc.) and measure the distance down from the ceiling to the same reference point of the blade, I.e. the tip, or the high side corner. If any one of them are off, no amount of weight will correct this problem properly. Second, sometimes using only one balancing kit may not be enough, so two may be needed. My last ceiling fan balance (5 - blade 52" from Lowe's) required two balancing clips and weights, as that using only one balancing clip wouldn't phase it any. BTW, before performing the balance test, I had weighed each of all five of my blade and bracket assemblies on a postal scale, and each of them weighed in exactly at 378 grams apiece.

i bought a fan but the light kit i got the wrong one and i just want to see if i could get the right one the fan makes noise in the medium and fast i have to keep the fan in low but i dont feel no air
