How do I best use exercise for improving bone strength and fracture prevention?

OsteoBoston presents effective bone healthy exercise practices with Justine Bernard, PT, DPT Physical Therapist, GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Exercise Master Trainer with Lisa Grimmer, PT, DPT Physical Therapist, Certified Pilates Instructor, Certified GYROTONIC® Trainer.
Previous to this recording, OsteoBoston has just heard a presentation from Dr. Justine Bernard who has led BHOF (formerly known as NOF) support groups since 2008 and specializes in physical therapy and exercise for bone health at the Elements Center.
Now we will hear from Dr. Lisa Grimmer who will help us integrate this information into some real world examples of a balanced and effective workout. A Q&A session concludes the session generated by OsteoBoston participants.
