When you still perceive yourself as a separate self (like most of us do) there is a simple method to remove yourself from the karmic wheel: don't strike back. When someone hurts you, don't defend or attack in response. Why? You ultimately hurt yourself through hurting the "other" person. Surrender. The karmic wheel only exists as long as you engage in conflict. As Paxton Robey said: always choose peace in every situation.

We have to try not to be controlled and possessed by thinking. Without thinking we can't survive but addiction to thinking is what produces all the misery.

The sense of separate self is the only illusion of karma that must be eliminated. Thank you Rupert for helping me to perceive this false sensation.

Many of us have aspired to achieve perfection by fighting our demons, battle after battle, and literally destroyed our lives. Beyond a healthy discipline, I appreciate Rupert’s path of not warring against our tendencies, just remaining aware and vigilant of wayward tendencies. The concept of allowing the wheel of karma to spin, while remaining aware is a Godsend, especially for spiritual warriors who are battle-weary.

I want to add this... I am you, every part and you Are me, without doubt. Everything you've done, it was me cause if i were you i would have done it. Your regret is like grabbing the same water in a stream. I AM YOU and you are connected to this thing we called life.

@@whytlight consciousness is the most singelure event. Once you understand there is only you...Only you! experiencing this life. You are the whole sum of the universe. Love, lust, the whole spectrum it comes from you. The world is reflecting through you. So to sum it up when you see infinity in one you might understand the fallacy of ego but also the truth.

Karma is a creation of the mind to connect events together in order to make sense of suffering. Karma is used to justify why one suffers. But karma is never experienced. It has never been proven or perceived. It is only a product of thinking. To connect the dots and feel better about events that defy logic, such as why bad things happen to good people and why good things happen to bad people. It is the activity of seeking for relief from suffering, the domain of the false self, that comes up with the entire idea of karma. It has been accepted as law or fact in religious traditions because it is a very powerfully persuasive concept and remains popular in both religious and secular societies. But just because something is popular doesn’t make it true. Just because something conveniently explains away suffering doesn’t it make it true either. Awareness does not know karma because it cannot be found except through imagined connections of unrelated dots. Karma is also not physics. Punching someone in the face and breaking your fingers isn’t karma, but physics. Making that person mad and getting punched back isn’t karma, but revenge. The sun shining down and burning your skin isn’t karma, but science. Getting drunk and arrested for disorderly conduct isn’t karma, but a man-made law being enforced. If you don’t get caught for a murder, you escape the law. Science and emotions are not karma. Man-made laws punishing law breakers isn’t karma. No such thing as karma in reality.

Karma its not phisicaly. Its tought proces in you are involved, and belive that proces and tought are you. This is karma. The tought..and the spining toughts that you belive in. Like this: first came tought then action. You mistake the karma with action.

I have a question and a comment... I would like to talk to you Mr. Spira directly. If you could be so kind to address this... I would be so very thankful. When I was 17, I met someone while on vacation in another country. And well... I allowed myself to loose my innocence with someone I had only met. I was going home in a day... and I was stupid and Niave. When I came home I was so confused, and I began looking for love from other boys and ended up a year later pregnant and not thinking things through. Anyway moving forward to six months ago, I met someone online from the same area. And I take this to heart because thirty years later, and living where I have over the years and meeting many people, never have I met someone from the same area when I gave my love away. This has caught my attention and made me think of the consequences to my actions, on myself as a young girl and how I have been in toxic relations ever since. Upon meeting this online person 6 months ago, there were a few details in our introduction that caught my attention. And two days after saying hello, I was carrying something and fell and scratched my ring finger and now I have a scar. I cannot let go of the guilt as when I met a stranger when I was 17, we kept in touch and lost contact and found each other but our lives were totally different. This new individual who resides in the same place as when I met the first individual. He speaks romantically but there is distance, and I can't help but think karma has come to pay back on me what I have done. This hurt s so deeply because at first I thought I was given a second chance at love. But this person is hot and cold, with me and I am left thinking, because I didn't cleave to the one I gave my innocence to, that maybe this new person is karma's way of telling me I can't be happy in love and never will be. I hope I explained this well enough. Thank you. I do not believe in coincidences. This definitely is a synchronicity.

What Rupert sums up in this video, as far as I can tell, is that there is no karma, good or bad. He said that «the module of karma is given [by teachers] to those who believe they are a separate self» When it comes to synchronicity check out Rupert’s video on Deja Vu; what is it. There he explains that if memory serves. Also, sometimes things just seem to happen without a logical reason. We still have coincidents and they don’t have to really mean anything, no matter how odd they seem to be to us. Feel free to rewind this video as I think Rupert explains it much better.

When you refer yourself as content and form of that content all these idea of Karma or reincarnation comes to exist. It's like dream you manifest yourself in dreamed character many times even further but the real you in this context seperate self not affected. We should not get identified with the content. Our casual body creates new Karma or new content and again reaches the realized point .

@@ThePodBoss69 Comments are at least experienced. Karma is not. Karma is just a superstition to explain events using cause and effect when there is no perceived relation. How do you experience karma? You don’t. You don’t perceive it. You can’t see it or feel it or sense it or touch it or smell it. The false self is not the one perceiving the comments, but it is the one imagining karma.
