How about have people answer the phone? Something that could be taken care of in minutes while the customer is on the dyno can turn into days of emailing back and forth.

Unfortunately due to the volume of Support requests we receive on a daily basis, here at HP Tuners we rely on our ticketing system to handle requests. Our team is happy to give you a call to address a ticket when the need arises, just simply request a call and they will respond as soon as possible!

@@HPTuners The rare times I've ever had an issue I was on the dyno with customer here. Put in an email and by the time I get anything back it's another day. I tune 30-35 cars a month. I don't have time to wait on emails most of the time unfortunately. Hopefully you all can get some phone service soon. Simple issues can be resolved in minutes that way rather then days.

I have been trying to figure out a problem for months, and they deflect everything back to me, when their system is causing a glitch that rolls in 5-15 minutes down the road, completely unrelated to the defined parameters in data logging and editing software...

This is my frustration too. I can't reach anyone and I have a new $400 MPVI3 brick because they have not provided drivers nor a place to download them nor responding to a few inquiries on how to acquire the drivers.
