Don't take this the wrong way, but you really didn't tune it much, but rather you got the computer to stop artificially limiting the power. That in itself is amazing, they just left so much power untapped.

There are more videos on tuning start with VE table, speed density, Power enrichment, borderline knock, cyinder pressure. Throttle response makes it more responsive. I copied the towing response and changed it from there.

I have put a tune into my 2.7 Ecoboost and was trying to figure out why I could not hit the 500 torque range on VCM scanner and after making these changes in this video to my tune and write it on the first wot it hit 608 pounds of torque, so I am guessing that would be motor torque.
