My whole life has been like this I love who I am I bring comfort and happiness to life. My questions are where does the i "know" come from when it's needed in certain times it's strong no wrong or right you just know and say it like this is it right here . I've got the pain and my life under control I'm happy

I think I’m more interested in people accepting that I’m always connected and receiving “knowings”. Especially when I tell a fellow empath something they need to know and I get the brush off 😢

I can't go to a strangers funeral w out losing it. Ppl don't have to speak or for me to know them w out me feeling everytjing. It's so exhausting. I can't even go to the store

Yes, I feel the same way. I feel being an empath is a blessing and a curse. Learning how to be there with our own truths helps.
