Great post ma guy.. Just downloaded your login form and the summary video, from git.. I'm kinna new in php so, it may take a while to figure out somethings... but thumbs up and thanks for uploading... how long did it take you to learn php???
@CodeEmporium7 жыл бұрын
Hey Immanual. Glad you liked the video! PHP was the first language I learned for server side scripting, so I took my sweet time. You should be good to go in about a month, even if you learn from scratch. I used the "PHP visual quickstart guide" by Larry Ullman. Its pricy, but has a ton of examples to hit the ground running for web development. Furthermore "learn" is a pretty vague term. To know just enough to get started with database interaction with php would be about 2 - 3 weeks because you need to configure Apache and learn about phpmyadmin or whatever you use for your local machine. Hope that answers your question. If you need some advice (for some reason), feel free to mail me at ask.ajhalthor@gmail.com. and please subscribe to my channel for more amazing videos. Cheers! :)

@about2mount4 жыл бұрын
A lexical analyzer dissects your code as a file string object into single, double chars and strings and reads them by each char as a Pyramid from the top down in a loop/algorithm to determine what they are. Example: "f" "f", "o", "f", "o", "r", "f", "o", "r", " ", --here verifies a keyword "for" "f", "o", "r", " ", "i", "f", "o", "r", " ", "i", "

How can we do that without writing any Parcer in C/C++ or in JAVA? I mean without taking any help from the system language...
@morphman866 жыл бұрын
I'm assuming you're talking about making a language from scratch, without using any other language to create it. It would be more of an operating system, rather than a language, but you can write it in machine code, addressing the bits and pieces of the hardware directly. This is a very outdated way of doing it though, most modern languages are written in pre-existing languages. Most of them are written in either BASIC or C, with the latter being the preferred one, but you also have quite a few written in LUA or Python.... both of which in turn were written in C.
@morphman866 жыл бұрын

Yeah. There aren't many tutorials on Lex or Yacc. I found only one. For Lex, check out this 30 minute video by Jonathan Engelsma: kzbin.info/www/bejne/a2XFoGSnlq10nM0 . For Yacc, Jonathan has another video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/lZCQqIh-fJelnK8 . Its a tad fast paced, but just replay the video until everything is clear to you. I would also strongly recommend a book "Lex & yacc" by John R. Levine. It highlights details on concept.
