Hi Lindy everything seems to be healing nicely. I always have ambien on hand ever since chemo and hysterectomy. Don’t use all the time but very helpful when I just can’t fall asleep and my mind is racing…lol. The puppy is getting so big, I like her shaved hair cut 😊. Keep up the good work resting and letting your body heal. 💕🌸🌸

Wow , honestly you look 10 years younger 🤩 My Doctor wont prescibe sleeping meds , instead he has suggested antihistamine’s as they’re none addictive and I find them great for sleep !

Thanks so much. Feeling great at the moment too. I am not a fan of sleeping tablets and rarely take them. I do take anti-histamines as sleepers at time. They are strong enough to work for me generally though must admit a few nights I’ve had a Valium to help sleep because after 3-4 nights of no sleep it’s too much

Thank you xo I’ve never been on Letrozol. I was initially on Anastrazole which caused a lot of joint pain but have been on Exemestane for over a year now with no side effects
