Based on the priority and severity. We will be telling, if its minor defect and i will be tell to the respective developer or designer and logged in the bug tracking tool jira ... If it's a major bug , i will be informed into the teams group and also tell to my seniors and project manager. This bug missed. It should be fixed immediately.
