Add a min and max column and populate accordingly. Then, where the formula states , instead of 0, add in the min and max columns where appropriate.

about out of stock, why you put less or equal 0? we can simply make = 0, there is no quantity less than zero. mean if it's = 0 we have to order it cz basicaly 0 = out of stock
