Awesome post, some great tips thanks for sharing. Regarding salary data are there any sources you use to track trends say on an annual basis by suburb? While the ABS data is useful it's only updated once every 5 years so I'm wondering what you use to track over shorter intervals? Thanks!

Thanks Mark, we don’t know if there’s a place you can track annual salary changes. We look on ABS which works for now as it’s only just been updated

#1 Brighton #2 Margate #3 Bracken Ridge Sir this is exactly suburbs type you are speaking about in 24mins mark that will do very well. Brisbane not good market overall you need to branch out to be borderless investor. The best area in Brisbane is small triangle between Brackenridge Brighton and Margate. This areas is near water and beaches and will be centre for Olympics activities lots of uplift is coming. Brighton house will easy be $1.6mil + in 2030. We are buying here and also bracken Ridge is amazing affordable gems here. Brisbane other areas not doing good will struggle soon. Please sir pick good quality
