recently I added MFA to my root user in one machine-1 . now while trying to access from another machine-2 its throwing error as root user not exist where as I can easily access in machine-1 with same root user. Is MFA machine specific?

I am also facing the same issue with the MFA , not getting any call on my mobile number, I have tried multiple time, even i have raised service request multiple time , but I have not received any response.
