Raw land that's entitled for development is the key to generating income. I agree with you, I don't think I'll ever retire either. Land deals are the way to go. It's a fragmented industry with so many old school, non tech savvy "institutional buyers" who aren't willing to roll up their sleeves to find deals. 👉 "Be in control of your deal flow."
