Release the video!! I have been loving rolling with purple & blue belts at my gym, I recently rolled with a coach, absolutely amazing but so frustrating knowing I'm screwed from the time we slap & bump lol.

lol I might do it with some commentary, I need to watch it again. There’s a difference between raw and pure cringe 😆 appreciate your support!

Most dangerous person in any gym. The white belt! Always a risk of hurting themselves or someone else by trying something lol. Match intensity when rolling regardless of belt/rank. It's not a tournament, you're all there to learn and train. It's part of our job as higher belts to help lower ranks learn. Understand that when rolling. Don't try to prove yourself just feel through the motions and be willing to take the lumps and don't be afraid to give a few back.

Absolutely 💯 we were taking the other day about how little instruction or introduction is typically given to new people on rolling. Really in takes a few minutes to help ppl feel like they don’t have to win practice! Thanks for watching and commenting!

@bjjgiant as an instructor I'd always ask the new students (regardless of age) do you want to Do martial arts or do you want to Learn martial arts...? How the answer was given kind of gives an insight on what to expect and approach to take
