I think that in any organisation unless you are in a position where you have real power to allocate ressources (money , talent etc) towards a strategic goal, it is impossible to achieve anything significant at scale... Even for CEOS it is difficult to manage people accustomed to working in a specific way and trying to change... They really have to support change personally and unless they are personally involved there is no success in any strategy... Moreover, in such a volatile, uncertain world we can not really predict the future ant tell others to follow blindly. We can be sure of our values and decide, again from a position of real power, what kind of environment we can create for others to flourish...They can then create the best solution, that also will change with time..I believe the right question is what kind of impact do we want to have to other people both inside and outside a company...
