How do I sharpen the tungsten electrode of a TIG welding torch?

When learning TIG welding, the tungsten electrode often gets 'dipped' into the molten metal, so it's advisable to sharpen a large bunch of them and change as needed. It speeds up the learning curve as you don't have to keep stopping to sharpen. I sharpened three packs at once!
