To begin in the beginning, through your case number you may know the progress of your case and on which stage it is and then place your self accordingly. Secondly if lawyer is not discharging his duty towards his client, client can exercise his right to engage another counsel on obtaining NOC from previous counsel.

Sir, Abhi apne Tripura ka incident dekha hoga, male constable ne ghar ke women ko forcefully bahar nikala, Police ne lathi bhi chalayi, DM ne head pe mara, aur bahut badtameezi se behave kiya. Sir iss case mein family DM ke against kya kya action le sakti hai, please batayiye. Jaankari nahi hone ke karan hum common public ke saath yeh aise hi behave karte rahenge. Maine Internet pe padha tha police force ka tab tak use nahi kar sakti jab tak assembly disperse hone ke liye maane nahi, but yahan toh sab DM ke kahne par jaa hi rahe the. Sir ek video banayiye toh acha rahega, please reply.

One doubt. You went to tis hazari where you had 6 cases in a day. You were able to get pass overs through your associates or yourself. In a few cases the other party did not come. Why would you call that day a success of there was not a single case argument done.

Are you okay if the killer of your immediate family member attends the matter from a Zoom Call Hearing in Delhi, while sipping Coconut from Chennai? Are you okay if the person who stole lakhs of rupees from you is travelling around the world with that money and shows up his face once every 6 months on a zoom call? I love Virtual Hearings. I wish to see more of them. I hope the Indian Justice System develops ways to include use of internet and tech ASAP. But Virtual hearings are not the panacea.
