But I went all the way from Kolkata to Lucknow couple of years back to represent my client before the Industrial Tribunal at Lucknow. I am practicing in labour laws in Kolkata. What I have seen from my short experience at the Industrial Tribunal at Lucknow that most of the lawyers who were appearing at Industrial Tribunals were mostly practicing in civil laws.

Sir, please reply.🙏🙏🙏 My father divorced my mother in 2009 and only gave 1 site in Bangalore(self-acquired) for me his only son and my mother 1-acre land out of 16.8-acre land he has. This land was my grandfather's property. Grandfather divided it into 2 sons( my father and uncle). My father remarried and has 2 kids a boy and a girl. In 2009 I was a minor now I am 26 and can I ask for a fair share of his land? Can he deny it? He has not paid alimony ever. Even though court-ordered to pay 4000per month. She married my mom when she was just 15 and left her when I was 1years old. He has never come to see me all these years. People say I look exactly like him but I have never seen that man's face. My problem is that he never looked after me or my mom but he is living very luxuriously. The site he gave is worth around 30 lakh so is each acre in our village. He is enjoying nearly 5 crore property giving us only 60 lakh worth and this site he gave had litigation too for which I spent 2 lakh to clear. Please reply.🙏🙏🙏

if a police officer attempt to Brutally harass or beat you with bamboo sticks Attempt to murder half murder What police department Is give him line hazir or suspend for 2-3 months and Later he joined the duty again Can I go court to make the officer arrest him and jail him for 1-2years Why because if it was a normal person Do this kind of crime he will be put in jail for 2-3 years. but a police officer will be suspended for 3 or 6 months max But he will not be in jail and department is going to give him half salary rules are same for every one Right but for police department is different why Can you please make a video and explain me.
