It's part of any traditional visit to the seaside - but how do you make a stick of rock?
Well that's one of our coast's secrets that's being shared in a new series of videos released to encourage people to visit Great Yarmouth.
Docwra's Rock Factory in the town let the cameras in to watch the process - and have let us get a sneak peak as well.

You Tube has videos showing the entire process (I just watched the Pathe Films film on London Rock, made in 1957 snd it shows the entire remarkable process from start to completion!).
