Just started to watch your channel , being a retired Bricklayer,and in the building trade for years, I can see you take pride in your work, So ALL the D&J squad stay safe and well, keep up the good work.

18:20 and that is why you don’t build tall heavy boundary or patio walls with 9” pillars - they are just not structurally sound enough to take heavy fencing panels or wall blocks and will come crashing down in high winds. When I built mine (bearing in mind I only brought the pillars up under 3ft) I put reinforcing rods right through the centre of the pillars and they’ve lasted well touchwood! Loving all these videos!

The eggs may have been infertile doubtful as shes raised one. The river may have risen enough to float them off the nest. The eggs once in the cold water are now dead. When you strim the bank leave her a little monks hairstyle of weeds so she can nest further up. Check with your local rspb before you do the work they will be happy to advise on how and when to clean up the area. You lot work really hard lovely jobs this week thanks for posting.

I concur with BW it is better to ask the advice of the RSPB rather than them take you to court when I did my Tree Husbandry course @ Brinsborough agriculture college that’s the first thing the lectures advised us on the wildlife & country side act plus another hedgerows act that protects song birds from April to September and finally the blackbird is a Hen collecting food for her chicks & she must trust you as normally their a flighty bird & I’ve liked & subscribed 👍

I am not familiar with your weather conditions. Buy in my climes. That "pagoda" would need some type of cover, to keep out the sun. As it is, it's more of a garden ornament. As opposed to a. "patio" that you could use all year.

I'm addicted to your youtube channel, you guys are doing a fab job never have I come across any professional who works this hard, I have been getting quotes for my garden mums garden and sisters garden but the job they did was messed up my mum is looking to have her garden done as she's disabled and so is my older brother who has cerebral palsy and mum can't keep on top of it I'm the only one who does gardening and do help out but my health isn't great either. Keep doing what your doing don't worry about negative comments some people think it's so easy but I know as I'm into DIY and gardening watching your videos give me inspiration only comment I have is can you please extend the videos.

Happy Fathers Day Dave 😉 Cracking slabbing work... Every gap right ....levels spot on...such a professional finish!...the D & J way! The rain didn't arrive as expected but at least it went a little cooler .... Obviously I saw the fencing work through insta and those posts and panels went in with record time ....J Jizzle and drone master Stevie doing the Bizzle Shizzle 😎 God that wall was dangerous....!! You couldn't put a washing line on it .... Taff is a grafter fair do's...it's nice when you can leave someone on site and so much is completed ....old school!! Great week in view vlog as per. Nice way to chill out on a Sunday ....watching someone else work! 😉😉😉🙏 Some people are just happiest complaining about things ....jog on I say.....keep up the great work ! Whatever anyone may think you can only be based on safety, productivity and customer satisfaction ....in the time I've followed you I havent even seen a plaster come out of the box, your jobs are completed quickly and your order book is non stop ...what more do you want people ? don,t you just love it when you put your posts in, head of for the day to give them time to set, and before your out the street, the customer comes out to give them a wee wiiggle to see if there set, you return in the morning to find your posts are not straight and although the concretes not moving in the ground, your post is moving within the concrete,,, grrrrr the joys of fencing

I must say you guys work differently in UK too us in Capetown South Africa,. We first compact the ground after all weeds and roots are removed, then we mix sand and cement and lay the screed with proper levels, then next day start tiling which goes quick cause everything is leveled out already, as where you guys don't do a full screed.

Cracking video lads busy week the three fencing jobs Steve and big J where on look fantastic when they where finished loved the bow top 1, you must go though some material every week wagon of wood and cement plus that 100 ton of road stone, when Dave and Taff where tidying up in the yard there where plenty of customer in and out, big thumbs up again guys 👍👍

Exactly that. It's Sunday and while the kids are playing and the house is someway tidy again , love watching these seriously skilled and hardy grafters- not too shabby...love there work, carpentry was beautiful, lovely fence tops. Reason I love these grafters- is were about to have a garden make over, landscapers , carpenters. Electrician the lot, costing nearly 42k and what galls me is...I do a bit of woodwork. I did all my sparky work for lights, electric gates, fuse board everything but I'm a stay at home dad to mind the kids and keep the house. My back is knackered and my neck too, so I'm gonna love watching the make over come together, life savings going into this for the kids but it's worth every penny to see there faces when it's done. Keep up the great work lads. AND MIND THEM SWANS,
