Anyone know how to get to AGC , on why they decide not to proceed on a case, meaning case close, even though the person accuse is clearly in the wrong. 0:07

As for the orchard murders comparison to the baby powder incident while i appreciate his explanation it still doesn’t really answer the justification of such a punishment. So what man, it still is stupid no matter how he explains it, and why should someone be given the maximum or even a punishment for minor incident and on the other end a completely opposite verdict for the murder case. What makes one case so special?

He already said in 2:44 that he cannot discuss live cases... Which in this case is the Orchard murders and the baby powder incident. Anyway, even if he does, it doesn't really affect us anyway.

He just mentioned that there is difference between max sentence and actual sentence. That person might have been released now. The murder case could be that he was there at the scene but did not murder anyone. In short, this person could just run away when he saw it but did not.

He already said the person is not culpable for murder, is it that hard to understand?

Being unethical and/or immoral doesn't mean breaking the law - it depends on the specific law?
