I have the Eyesight system in my 2016 Subaru Outback. I love it. I have driven long distances without using the gas or brake pedal. The system can get confused with bad lane markings but it is easy to turn it off.

Excellent explanation Irv! Thank you! It's amazing how technology has changed vehicles in just the last 20 years. I find it fun to watch 1950's films of Cars of Tomorrow and see where vehicles are today.

I live in Chicago. I would think that a system that can detect potholes under the snow would be more expensive than any of us could afford.
