You failed to mention the premium dining plan which also, includes soft drinks every 15 minutes and the possibility of certain snacks as an option every 90 minutes. I believe this is around $45 or so and buying two of these for a family of 4, more than feeds and hydrates the family for a reasonable amount all day. Also I do believe the single meal deal includes a soft drink as well, so that’s also important to know if u plan on buying a soft drink and can save a little extra money.

The premium does include drink and snack option (in place of meal), but none of the other plans include drinks.

We used to get single meal deals everytime we went. Now we just get all season meal deals. We go enough to pay for them. Sometimes if we aren't staying long enough, we will give unused ones away to people that don't have one. We just go through the line with them and scan our pass for them.

if you have a season pass you get a 10 percent discount on your food and merch if you are not using a meal plan. I normally don't use a meal plan because if I eat at the park I will only eat once during the day and use my discount. a lot of times if I go to the park during the week I will work a half day at work and eat my lunch before I leave work around noon so I normally don't need to eat on a day like that. I also carry a couple of Cliff bar type of things with me in case I need a little something. I normally only drink water when I'm at the park, unless it's cold out then I will get a coffee. part of the reason I don't eat a ton at the park is because I have a gluten intolerance and there's not a ton of options that are gluten free. I don't want to be eating a bunch of French fries all day, I would just get even fatter if I did that.

Last season my brother and I got Fast Lane+ and split the All Day Dining Plan ($18 each). We shared the meals, and were able to get 8 meals because the park was open 10-11. And we rode every coaster at least twice. I usually alternate between getting the All Day Dining Plan, and bringing a cooler of food from home. I prefer the All day over the All Season because All Day is a meal every 90 minutes, AS is 2 meals Max per day. Also Can you please do a video tutorial about how to use the new Single Use Fast Lane kiosks? I could not figure out the TT2 one on opening day and none of the employees knew either.

Good morning! How will the meal plan work if I choose to wait in line for my daughter’s meal? Am I able to use her meal plan and mine at the same time? Does she have to be present at the time of purchase? Thank you!

They can see a picture of her when she gets the meal. You could try getting the meal without her, but I think they might need to at least be able to see that she is present somewhere. (Like, maybe if they could see her face through a window) but I think they would prefer if she was actually in the line.

Im staying at breakers next week, when I get to the gate at the end of the causeway, right before resort road, what to they have to scan?

Usually they just take your name, but I would have your confirmation email ready just in case. If you’re talking about the resort path coming in, then you’ll need your pass or confirmation that you are staying at breakers (assuming parking comes with breakers. I’ve always had a pass, so I don’t know)

Can you buy the all day or single meal plan the same day your in the park for the same cost, or do you need to purchase these ahead of time for the cheapest prices? I'm thinking of buying some of these for my trip next week, but I don't want to buy early if the lines for food are going to be 30 minutes long.

I think you can buy it online on the same day for the same price (but i'll try that out to be certain)

It is cheaper to purchase online. Just show the qr code and they will give you the wristband. You can do that at any restaurant in the park.

I buy my passes at the end of August and use the monthly payments. It doesn't cost any extra. I have 5 people in my household hold so season passes, meal plans, and drink passes cost a bit.

I also like the drink plan. With it you can get a drink every 15 minutes. Without it, I tend to get dehydrated. They will give you a small cup for water at the drink stands though.

I just don't care for pop or lemonade at the park. But I definitely think the drink plan is worth it for all year if you're into a lot of pop. I prefer to get the waters in the prestige pass lounges.

Get the premium drink plan. You can get icees, and hot drinks. Well.... if you can find anywhere that has hot drinks at CP now.

@@notyournormalg1 Yes! It is called Pop! Not Soda! I guess a happy medium is Soda Pop. There's a meme that shows which parts of the country use which terminology. Indiana and Ohio were Pop.

In 2023, I found it was costing around $50 a day for two meals - I tend to eat at the nicer places at CP. I bought the season meal plan and saved a lot the rest of the season.

While the all-day meal deal is nice, I feel like I spend most of my day getting food, I no longer buy them. The worst time to buy them is during Halloweekends, the meal lines are all huge. You'll either barely use your pass or spend all day in food lines.

COMPLETELY agree! The all day meal deal takes up a lot of the day spending it in line for food. If they had more mobile order options, that might make it more worth it.

With the recent price hikes, we are happy with the all-season dining and premium drink plan that includes icees, hot choco, and coffee. Pro tip: If you wait until the end of the season (Aug/Sept), most CF parks sell the all-season plans "buy next year get the rest of this year free."

I don't think that works for all-season dining. I bought one in August and had to wait until this year to activate it.

@@amandajacques8187it depends on which park you buy it through. We usually buy through valleyfair. Read the descriptions carefully! When we bought ours last year CP wasn't running the deal but valleyfair was.

We got the premium drink plan. Down at Carowinds, you couldn't walk 10 steps without seeing somewhere yo get icees, and there were multiple places to get hot drinks. Haven't found anywhere with hit stuff at CP yet, and could have used one the other day. The places that had the hot stuff last year, are conveniently gone.

The main floor has the meal plan, the upstairs food area does not. Still plenty of meal plan options there.

That's just upstairs at the snack bar thing. You can still get your meal plan at the main restaurant downstairs.
