Hello Chief thank you for this video , I have a question about boiler . Lately i Got too many alarms of boiler , i opened the burner and i found too many cabon deposits around the diffuser and in combustion chamber . i wanted to adjust the distance between diffuser and flame tube but i didn't found the manual on board . So I decided to pull the diffuser a little bit back toward the nozzle so that i increase the secondary air , I need your suggestions pliz what do you think .

thanks for your query, Please # check the air damper for correct operation . # check the fuel oil quality . # Check whether same condition occurs wen firing in diesel. # check the atomiser for any hole enlargement which can affect the atomisation. # check the diffuser plate for any choke.

Hello chief what medium should use to clean inside the air bottle?

You can use normal floor cleaning chemicals.. Don't use diesel..
