I have a question. I updated my business address however, when I originally completed my LLC formation, it asks you for your home address under where it asks if you are a member. Do you have to update that or does residential moves don’t matter? This has nothing to do with my business it’s the member managed section I’m talking about. My registered agent is the same so don’t need to change that. Also, I don’t like how the Public Information Report shows personal address. Is it legal/okay to put business address where it asks for home address. Or you HAVE to put home address on form.

the problem is I hate to have my business changed cuz I had it using my own address back in October 2022 but in state of Texas cost me to change/update my home address to virtual address for freaking $150 smh its like state's fee but to them jackpot.

Hey, thanks for great information. I want to know what happens if someone get my brand's metaverse name rights before me and use this with same purpose like me. For instance, I sell ps4 on amazon and in my physical store, assume someone using my brand's name in metaverse sell ps4 too
