I think its better to notice their talent at young age but i dont know how my daughter loves to do alot of things and i notice shes doing well in some areas like building and crafting maybe i just focus on them with more energy?

You can't guarantee it, but the more exposure, the more likely he'll find sports enjoyable. Building experiences together is a help too. Of course, 1 year old is a little early :-)

@@FredRayLybrand yes I giving him exposure by let him watch couple of matches, and bought him inflatable ball. He's 17 months now and really excited when playing around trying to kick the ball. Thank you sir :)

hey man, i would like give you some advice to find it First you need to know what you really want to be in the future, what life do you want After that, you have to think why you want it and how can you achieve that And I think it is not about what talent do you have, but you need to find what really suits you and you like it. Yes...this is tricky. There are a number of tests that I have found helpful: Standout (Book with test in it), Kolbe Connative Index, MBT, and the Big 5, are all helpful bits of data. Most kids need to get feedback from others as to their talents because it is 'difficult to read the label from inside the bottle'. The 3 steps I mention in the video are helpful. I am planning to design a course :-)

Dr Fred Ray, I have a question. my child is very fond of flowers since he was 2 years old until today he still doing the same, he cannot see a flower without cutting it and offer it to me or to another person. he likes to smell flowers and says uum it's smell fresh. What does that mean?
