I’ve been diagnosed with a hip labrum tear left side by 3T MRI. Hip doctor had me checked out by back doctor. 3T MRI done on lumbar spine which was ok. I also have pain at the top of my left pelvis. At times I have pain in my left thigh that varies from mild to beyond excruciating. Question…could I have a torn iliolumbar ligament causing the thigh pain?I’m getting an MRI on my thigh.
