what is the flood risk probability for medium and low risk? in video you mention very low is 1 in 1000. but no mention of low or medium risk odds. which seem to be very common nowadays

Hello, thank you for such a great informative video. I know that this video is over a year ago but I still put in my question. I am in the process of building my dream home in a zone 3 flood level land. The flood risk assessment recommends that all accommodation should be on the first floor including the kitchen. Is there any way that I can evidence the environmental agency that a kitchen would be safe on the grand floor? Thank you
