you know if you inhale when you are able to talk and the smoke will come out of your mouth because it got in your lungs instead of it holding it in your mouth

I rarely inhale cigars maybe once every 20 puffs or so cigarettes on the other hand are ment to be inhaled so I have pretty iron (and black) lungs but the part where you dry heaved made me crack up no clue why
