They should do a spinoff show for Herb, he is comedy gold. Its hard to steal the spotlight from Charlie and Jon, but this character did it on a regular basis!

As good as the performances were, writing is what made this show great. That, and Charlie Sheen.
@maurobertolone51982 жыл бұрын
Yeap on both accounts. You feel it was written FOR Charly Sheen. Nobody could have made that role seem that believable and so funny.
@shernalfred66132 жыл бұрын
So did they change writers when charlie left?
@Rick_Sanchez_C137_2 жыл бұрын
The writing wasn’t writing, it was copying down things Charlie Sheen said and then telling Charlie to “do what you did and repeat what you said the other day, but use the cast character names instead of your family/friend/hooker names…” which explains why the show sucked after he left, the writers were always hacks and only good at copying Charlie Sheen…..

I think if Herb took waldens spot the show would of been hilarious, imagine it. Alan is forced to sell Charlie’s home and herb is kicked out by Judith just like Alan and herb decides to buy it and move in. Perhaps Charlie’s daughter joins the show as a Charlie like character, I think the show would have been better
@AnthonySirizzotti6 ай бұрын
Darn why didn’t you pitch that concept to the show producers! Kutcher was a useful twit who had no humour at all. Herb cracks me up when he is around all the babes on that show.
@edboy9956 ай бұрын
@@AnthonySirizzotti dude I wish I did! Two fourty something year old men trying and failing to date and being tortured by the same ex wife lmao plus alan trying to be an uncle to a niece he never knew existed till now who gets more girls than him, this would of been perfect

Honestly think ryan stiles would've been a better replacement for charlie than ashton "can't act for shit" kutcher, 2 of judiths ex husbands would've made a better story line than whaever crap they did with ashton.

what is Judith talking about? Alan is smart, sensitive and well funny is subjective and he is also kinda good looking imo
@pedrooliveiraoliveirasimoe54782 жыл бұрын
Alan is not that smart, at least not as Charlie, but he's very sensitive and funny
@Wustenfuchs1092 жыл бұрын
The problem is, he is needy and slimy - women don't like that. He could be extremely smart, good looking and sensitive, but add needy and slimy - instant turn-off. You don't have to be good looking (basically, you just have not to be ugly as a decaying corpse), smart is also not a prerequisite, just an average Joe would do. Charm, character - two main things. Alan has none of those qualities in the show.
@olaakande55812 жыл бұрын
Judith can say all that Alan isn’t yet she married him & had his kid so what does that say about her?! Lol Women say that dumb shit all the time. She just saying that bc she would secretly be jealous if Alan was dating her friend

And you probably think Will Farrell is hilarious. Get your head checked
@NiVi192 Жыл бұрын
@Wustenfuchs109 I think we're confusing street smarts and book smarts. Alan is an intelligent and well-educated man (book smarts). On the other hand, we all know he's failed miserably at all kinds of relationships...let's not even grt into that subject. 🙈 ...Charlie couldn't find the United States on a world map if he tried, but God, he sure knows how to make the best of life and he especially knows how to handle allctypes of people, which makes him a smart cookie in his own 'street smarts' kind of way. Plus, he's got a very creative mind and probably would've ended up in an high-end conservatory if he hadn't been such a lazy bug. 😉

Can't help but reminding a popular video on the net where a woman said "I don't cook, I don't clean, but let me tell you how I got this ring" and just from next to her come the voice of a kid saying "You were nice until he married you and then you showed him your true colors" and I'm saying this because I don't see how in Hell a woman like Judith could possibly marry a guy as nice as Herb is...
