How do you Remove Old Wax Buildup in Florham NJ

Our industry leading wax removal process, we start by testing the hardwood to determine if they have a top layer of acrylic polish. Acrylic Floor Polish can cause appearance issues over time and must be removed prior to refinishing. Wax never really hardens, though, and sooner or later it will collect enough dirt to cloud the finish. Moreover, it eventually turns yellow.
The remedy is to strip the old wax and apply a fresh coat. If an acrylic polish is detected, we will apply a product to emulsify the acrylic polish.
The next step in our professional wood floor wax removal process is agitate the floor using a low-speed buffer and an abrasive scrubbing pad, removing all the wax that builds up over the years.
The last step is to do a final cleaning pass with our neutralizing solution to bring your floors back to their natural state.
