Nice to see there's an org that helps to spread cohesion between OT and IT! Debbie helped to confirm some thoughts I had regarding OIT: they tend to not communicate (well) with each other. Thanks for the interview, Gerry!

This sounds nice, but it also sounds like you already have to be working for a company/ organization to get this training. Doesn’t that defeat the purpose of filling thees open roles you spoke about in the video for the job market? If you’re in college, just graduating college or they’re a career changer. Wouldn’t you want these folks to have access to this product? 👀
