There intentions building that tunnel was not for good. Insurance companies don’t even cover tunnels attached to buildings. When it comes to the citizens of New York you can’t do anything without the DMV, IRS, and the New York State of Insurance Department knowing when you move, or if your car and home does not have coverage.
